FAQS

Wedding bouquet preservation is a service that aims to maintain the beauty and memories of your wedding bouquet for years to come. It involves carefully drying and preserving the bouquet in its natural form, and then framing it to create a cherished keepsake.

At PRESSED BLOOM, we believe in preserving the authenticity of your bouquet. We do not color enhance or spray your flowers with any chemicals. Instead, we preserve your bouquet in its natural form, capturing its essence as closely as possible.

The sooner, the better! Due to a limited capacity for bouquets each week, it is advisable to secure your spot early. Once you've finalized your wedding date and venue booking, consider reserving your bouquet preservation to guarantee availability for your project. Bookings are currently open for weddings in 2024 and 2025.

Flowers must arrive within 2 business days after your wedding.

While we make every effort to replicate your original bouquet as accurately as we can, there may be some limitations.

Certain flowers may not press well or may not be in good condition upon arrival. In such cases, our talented artists may exercise their creative freedom to achieve the best possible result.

Rest assured, their expertise and artistic touch will ensure a beautiful and unique preservation of your bouquet.

While we make every effort to press and preserve all the flowers from your bouquet, it's important to note that some flowers may not press well or may not be in good condition upon arrival.

In such cases, our talented artists reserve the right to exercise their creative freedom to achieve the best possible result.

Rest assured, their expertise and artistic touch will ensure a beautiful and unique preservation of your bouquet.

We'll do our best to press every flower and piece of greenery in your bouquet, but not all flowers may make it through the pressing process, and that's normal. White flowers, for example, may turn ivory or brown in the presses.

Flowers with naturally flat blooms press the best. Thicker flowers can retain moisture and may mold. While we can't promise a perfect outcome for every flower type, we'll take care to prepare them for pressing and do our best to reconstruct any flowers that encounter challenges in our presses.

Natural flowers work best! Please ask your florist not to spray your flowers with preservatives

To safeguard the vibrant colors and longevity of your preserved bouquet, we take great care in our framing process.

All our frames come with a backing and are sealed for life. This meticulous approach ensures the preservation of the bouquet's colors.

Please note some flowers change colour as they dry, and will gradually fade over time.

Due to the nature of the work we do accept returns.

Pressing and framing a bouquet is a delicate process that requires lots of time and involves many steps.

Each flower and leaf is unique so different methods are used. The flowers need to dry completely before we can frame and completing the perfect frame adds even more love and effort. This process cannot be rushed!

Because of all these wonderful details, it usually takes about 14 to 16 weeks to complete an order, but we promise it'll be worth the wait for such a special keepsake!

We advise dropping off your bouquet within 2 days of your event. Before delivering them to our shop, please ensure they are kept in the fridge or in water with freshly cut stems.
