TERMS & CONDITIONS

Terms and Conditions for Pressed Bloom:

  1. Authenticity and Preservation: At Pressed Bloom, we are committed to preserving the authenticity of your bouquet. We refrain from using any color-enhancing or chemical sprays on your flowers. Our preservation process aims to capture the natural essence of your bouquet as closely as possible.

  2. Limitations and Artistic Freedom: While we make every effort to replicate your original bouquet accurately, there may be some limitations. Certain flowers may not press well or may arrive in less than ideal condition. In such cases, our talented artists reserve the right to exercise their creative freedom to achieve the best possible result. Rest assured, their expertise and artistic touch will ensure a beautiful and unique preservation of your bouquet.

  3. Pressing and Preservation: We will do our best to press and preserve all the flowers and greenery from your bouquet. However, it's important to note that not all flowers may make it through the pressing process. Some flowers, like white ones, may change color during pressing, turning ivory or brown.

  4. Flower Types and Outcome: Flowers with naturally flat blooms press the best, while thicker flowers may retain moisture and could potentially mold. While we cannot guarantee a perfect outcome for every flower type, we will take care to prepare them for pressing and reconstruct any flowers that encounter challenges during our processes.

  5. Flower Care: To ensure the best results, we advise requesting your florist not to spray your flowers with preservatives. This helps safeguard the vibrant colors and longevity of your preserved bouquet.

  6. Framing Process: All our frames come with a backing and are sealed for life to ensure the preservation of the bouquet's colors.

  7. Color Changes and Fading: Please be aware that some flowers may change color as they dry and will gradually fade over time. Due to the nature of our work, we cannot accept returns.

  8. Processing Time: Preserving and framing a bouquet is a delicate process that requires considerable time and involves several steps. Each flower and leaf is unique, necessitating different methods. The flowers must dry completely before framing, and the meticulous process cannot be rushed. As a result, it usually takes about 14 to 16 weeks to complete an order. We promise that the resulting keepsake will be worth the wait for such a special memento.

  9. Bouquet Drop-Off: We advise dropping off your bouquet within three days of your event. Before delivering them to our shop, please ensure they are kept in the fridge or in water with freshly cut stems. Bouquet drop-offs are scheduled by appointments only, which can be arranged via email or text.

By engaging our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions for the preservation of your bouquet. We are dedicated to providing you with a beautifully preserved keepsake that will evoke cherished memories for years to come.
