We are truly honored and excited to work with your beautiful floral arrangements.

The terms and conditions of your purchase are outlined below. By proceeding with your order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all statements set forth. These Terms and Conditions also incorporate our Terms of Service governing the use of the Pressed Bloom website and services.

Bouquet Delivery & Responsibility

  • I understand that I am solely responsible for arranging delivery of my bouquet to the Pressed Bloom studio.
  • I understand that Pressed Bloom is not responsible for bouquets that are lost, delayed, stolen, or damaged during transit prior to arrival.
  • I waive any claim against Pressed Bloom for loss or damage occurring before the bouquet is received at the studio.

Design & Creative Process

  • I understand that by purchasing a Pressed Bloom piece, I grant the assigned artist full creative discretion to design the frame in the way they believe will best showcase the flowers.
  • I understand that customization requests will be thoughtfully considered but are not guaranteed.
  • I understand that customization requests must be submitted through my order or account prior to the framing stage.
  • I understand that once the frame has been sealed, no further changes can be made.

Flower Condition & Preservation

  • I understand that my bouquet will be preserved in the condition in which it is received.
  • I understand that bouquets deemed unworkable due to mold, pests, wiring, adhesives, or overall condition may be discarded and cannot be returned.
  • I understand that if my bouquet is determined to be unworkable upon arrival, my order may be canceled and I will receive a refund of the amount paid.
  • I understand that not all flowers may be used due to thickness, condition, or space limitations.
  • I understand that flowers naturally change during the preservation process and may fade or shift in tone. White flowers are especially prone to browning.
  • I understand that preserved flowers may continue to soften in color and appearance over time.
  • I understand that once preservation has begun, flowers cannot be returned unless included in the finished artwork.

Production & Turnaround

  • I understand that Pressed Bloom may seal and safely package my piece within three days of requesting design approval.
  • I understand that turnaround times are estimates and may change due to factors affecting the preservation process.
  • I understand that if the selected frame size is not suitable for the flowers provided, Pressed Bloom may adjust the size and refund any price difference.

Shipping & Delivery

  • I understand that I am responsible for updating my shipping address through my account prior to shipment.
  • I understand that a signature is required upon delivery due to the sentimental and monetary value of the artwork.
  • I understand that once my frame has been shipped, Pressed Bloom cannot modify delivery details.

Return, Shipping & Damage Policy

  • I understand that if my frame is damaged during carrier shipment, Pressed Bloom may provide a return shipping label for repair if the damage is reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • I understand that damage due to mishandling or other circumstances after delivery may still be eligible for repair at a cost based on frame size and extent of damage.
  • I understand that due to the custom and one-of-a-kind nature of the artwork, all sales are final and pieces cannot be returned.

Payments & Unclaimed Bouquets

  • I understand that my order will not be shipped until all outstanding balances have been paid in full.
  • I understand that unclaimed bouquets will be discarded after six months from the date they were delivered to Pressed Bloom.

Force Majeure

  • I understand that in the event of hurricanes, flooding, extended power outages, or other natural disasters affecting preservation equipment, Pressed Bloom cannot guarantee successful preservation.
  • I understand that Pressed Bloom will take reasonable measures to protect all orders but is not liable for losses resulting from such events.

By engaging Pressed Bloom’s services, I acknowledge and accept these terms and conditions and trust Pressed Bloom to create a meaningful keepsake designed to preserve the beauty and memories of my special day.
